We welcome submissions of unsolicited articles with the understanding that submitted articles should not have been previously published, and are not currently under consideration elsewhere. The Journal invites manuscripts from law school professors, judges, practicing attorneys, students, teachers in other disciplines and practitioners in fields other than law. The Journal’s emphasis is on quality writing, clarity of expression, professional interests, style and substantive merit. Favored submissions would be shorter than pieces which typically characterize law reviews. Articles must conform to the latest edition of the Chicago Manual of Style. Footnotes must be limited to essential citations and commentary, and adhere to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. A bibliography is required. The Journal accepts hard copy or electronic submissions. For electronic submissions, please send an article in MS Word format to JLEPsub@gmail.com. For paper submissions, please mail a hard copy along with an electronic copy stored on a USB drive or CD to:
