We welcome submissions of unsolicited articles with the understanding that submitted articles should not have been previously published elsewhere.  The Journal invites manuscripts from law school professors, judges, practicing attorneys, students, teachers in other disciplines and practitioners in fields other than law. The Journal’s emphasis is on quality writing, clarity of expression, professional interests, style and substantive merit. We favor shorter submissions. Articles must conform to the latest edition of the Texas Law Review Manual on Style & Usage.  Footnotes must be limited to essential citations and commentary, and adhere to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. A bibliography is required. The Journal accepts hard copy or electronic submissions.
