General Information

JLEP publishes peer-reviewed scholarly articles quarterly. Additional issues may be added during a publication year. One issue is devoted to papers presented at our annual symposium.

The Journal focuses on the legal side of law and economics. This approach deemphasizes technical mathematics and provides greater access to economic insights about legal and policy issues.

We accept article submissions on a rolling basis. We are closed for submission for our 2023-2024 peer-reviewed issues, but welcome early submissions for inclusion in our 2024-2025 peer-reviewed issues.

Authors should only submit articles that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
